How to use: Step up slowly on the platform, grasp the handrails and the bar with your hands, start exercising at any pace. The exercises can also be performed without holding the handrails.

Foundation work: each pole is poured with B25 semi-dry concrete to a depth of 80 cm.
Safe surface: for devices with a height of more than 1 m, there is recommended a safe surface with a layer thickness of 30 cm (bark, gravel, sand, woodchips or synthetic surface)
Foundations: they are located at least 30 cm below the ground, which prevents accidental or deliberate uncovering of the foundation. The volume of the foundation base of one column: min. 0.125 m3
Sand: 0,2 - 2 mm grain size, depth min. 300 mm
Gravel: 2 - 8 mm grain size, depth min. 300 mm
Bark: 20 - 80 mm particle size, depth min. 300 mm
