Letnicka Street, Gdańsk | Developer Project

For a modern residential development located at Letnicka Street in Gdańsk, Starmax designed and delivered a comprehensive outdoor playground installation tailored to the needs of a contemporary housing estate. The project was carried out for a real estate developer and forms an integral part of the shared outdoor space for residents.

The central feature of the playground is a forest-themed play structure from the Starmax Forest Series, finished in a soft, pastel green colour palette. The natural forms, subtle decorative details and calm colours allow the playground to blend seamlessly with the surrounding modern architecture and landscaped environment.

Rich Play Value and Functional Design of the Playground

The main play set consists of three play towers with roofs, connected by a variety of climbing and balancing elements that create a cohesive and engaging play route. Children can enjoy three slides, a climbing wall, ladder access, a rope entry, a rope crossing with handholds, and a horizontal rope bridge, all designed to support physical development, coordination and balance.

The structure also includes elements that encourage imaginative and exploratory play, such as a long tunnel, window panel, lookout porthole panel, fireman’s pole, and a decorative hedgehog-shaped panel, reinforcing the forest theme and stimulating children’s creativity.

Additional Equipment and Site Furniture

To complement the main play structure, the playground features a spring rocker motor scooter, providing an attractive play option for younger children. A playground information board with regulations, colour-matched to the play equipment, was also installed.

The surrounding area was equipped with park benches and waste bins in an anthracite finish with wooden elements, carefully selected to match the colour scheme of the playground and the architectural style of the housing estate. This creates a comfortable and visually coherent space for parents and caregivers.

Safety Surfacing and High-Quality Finish

The entire playground area was finished with EPDM rubber safety surfacing, offering excellent fall protection while delivering a clean, high-end visual effect. This solution enhances user safety and elevates the overall standard of the outdoor recreational space.
