Specifications:

Training effect: Ladder: Strengthens upper body muscles. Parallel bars: Provides an effective workout for the upper limbs, thighs, abdomen, and back. Proper execution helps maintain good posture and prevents undesirable spinal curvatures.

Usage instructions: Ladder: Pull-Up: Grip bar, pull chest to bar, then lower slowly. Stretching: Place foot on a hip-height rung, bend towards it. Parallel bars: Option 1: Rest your forearms on the supports with your back to the device. Grip the handles, pulling your legs toward your torso, then lower them. Option 2 (for advanced users): Support yourself with your hands on the supports, back to the device, and bend and straighten your elbows.
