At the Primary School in Banino near Gdańsk, we delivered a themed pirate ship playground that quickly became the most popular place on the school grounds. The Pirate Ship P1173 playground, with dimensions 9.46 × 3.39 m, takes children straight from the school yard onto the deck of a ship full of adventure, imagination and movement.
As the school principal put it: “Children absolutely love playing on this ship and don’t want to get off.”
Teachers and caretakers are equally happy – children don’t need encouragement to be active, they are naturally drawn to play.
