Aids the activity of hip joints and of the lumbar spine; ski trainer: trains the hip muscles. Aids the activity of hip joints and of the lumbar spine; stepper: good exercise for legs and gluteus muscles as well.
Usage instructions: bicycle: sit down on the seat and handle the bar. Put your feet on the pedals and rotate them alternately; hips: firmly grab the handles and put both feet on the stand. Expand your legs and slower join them back; ski trainer: grab the holder and set your feet on the stand. Move the legs to the right and left performing a pendulum movement; stepper: handle the bar and put your feet on the pedals. Press the pedals alternately, using your legs muscles, or balance.
