Specifications:

Training effect: strengthen the waist shoulders, upper back and shoulder and leg muscles.
Usage instructions: Before sitting down on the seat, hold the handle with your hands. Then take a seated position and place your feet on the footrests. Slowly push forward with your legs while pulling the handle towards yourself with your hands. Once you reach the required range of motion, return to the starting position.
Minimum user height: 140 cm
Maximum user weight: 100 kg
