LADDER
Training Effect: Improves upper body strength, grip, and flexibility for wheelchair users.
Instructions: Grip the ladder with both hands and use controlled pulling motions to strengthen arms, shoulders, and core muscles.

PARALLEL BARS
Training Effect: Enhances upper body strength, core stability, and balance while seated.
Instructions: Grip the bars firmly and perform dips, supported lifts, or controlled movements to engage arms, shoulders, and core.

LOW BARS DOUBLE 
Training Effect: Strengthens the upper body and improves coordination and flexibility for wheelchair users.
Instructions: Use the bars for exercises like pull-ups or arm lifts, focusing on controlled movements to build strength and stability.

TAI CHI WHEELS SMALL 
Training Effect: Promotes core strength, flexibility, and coordination through seated circular arm movements.
Instructions: Grip the small wheels from a seated position and rotate your arms in smooth, controlled motions to engage your upper body.

TAI CHI WHEELS BIG 
Training Effect: Builds core strength, flexibility, and balance with larger, broader arm movements for wheelchair users.
Instructions: From a seated position, hold the larger wheels and rotate your arms in wide, circular motions to strengthen and stretch the upper body.

CHEST PRESS
Training Effect: Builds chest, shoulder, and arm strength using wheelchair-accessible equipment.
Instructions: From a seated position, grip the handles and push forward in a controlled motion, engaging your chest and arms. Slowly return to the starting position.

PULL DOWN 
Training Effect: Strengthens back, shoulder, and arm muscles with wheelchair-friendly design.
Instructions: Sit comfortably, grip the bar above you, and pull it down toward your chest in a controlled motion, engaging your back and arms. Slowly return to the starting position.
