The proposed set includes the following devices:

 

1. Ladder + Legs Raise (OF2-19+20)

Training effect:

LADDER: Stretching and strengthening the upper muscle groups.
LEGS RAISE: Effective strengthening of the lower abdominal muscles.

2. Tai Chi Wheels (OF2-03+04)

Training effect:
A recreational and sports device for effective upper body muscle training. It improves the mobility of the upper limbs and shoulder girdle muscles. A great general developmental exercise.

3. Pulldown + Chest Press (OF2-14+15)

Training effect:

7. Legs Press (OF2-08)

Training effect:
An outdoor gym device for effective training. Exercises performed on this device help build muscle mass in the lower limbs. It places minimal strain on the joints and helps improve leg function. If you keep your knees aligned during the exercise (not turning inward or outward), it stabilizes your knee joints.

8. Twister + Ski Trainer (OF2-11+12)

TWISTER: Stand with both feet on the footrests, grab the handle with your hands, and rotate your hips steadily from side to side.
SKI TRAINER: Exercises the hip muscles, supports the activity of the hip joints and lumbar spine, improves balance, and engages the abdominal and back muscles.

9. Bench + Back Trainer (OF2-05+17)

Training effect:

BACK TRAINER: Strengthens a crucial muscle group for maintaining correct posture. Exercising on this device strengthens the back muscles and supports the spine. Regular exercise helps effectively strengthen the muscles responsible for maintaining an upright posture.
BENCH: Exercises performed on this device help strengthen the abdominal muscles. Straight crunches work the rectus abdominis, while torso twists engage the oblique muscles, contributing to an improved figure.
