ROWER: One of the most versatile outdoor gym equipment. It activates virtually all parts of the body. An excellent exercise for the overall improvement of the body's efficiency.
How to use:
LEGS PRESS: Sit steadily on the saddle and place both legs on the pedals. Straighten your legs against the device and bend your knees again. Do several repetitions.
ROWER: Place your feet on the pedals, grab both handles with your hands. Pull the handle to your stomach while straightening your legs. Come back to the starting position. Do several repetitions.
PYLON: Acts as an instruction showing how to do exercises on the device.
