Usage instructions: 

Legs Raise: Option 1: Place your hands on the supports with your back to the device. Grip the handles, keeping your thighs horizontal and calves vertical. Pull your legs toward your torso, then lower them. Option 2 (advanced): Rest your hands on the supports and bend and straighten your elbows.

Butterfly: Take a seat on the saddle. Lean back and grasp both bars with your hands. Bring your hands together, pulling the bars together in front of you and return to the starting position.
