Usage instructions:
STEPPER: Grasp the handles, stand on footplates, and then begin to shift your weight from one leg to the other.
HIPS: Grasp the handles firmly, put both feet on footplates. Begin to spread and pull your legs apart by making a “jumping jack” move.
